Terrible competition for Mexico. This is supposed to be their Tokyo team (more or less).

Italy wasn't with the main team, only good pair was Bucci w/ Naiade D'elsendam Z but I expected something more

what a terrible 2nd Rd for Egyptian team ! anyway only Nayel will represent Egypt in Olympics out of this group i guess , cuz u never know how things will go in Egypt

Just when I doubted the Mexicans, they delivered the tied best second round.

 

Conditions became more challenging with constant rain, so some teams struggled.

Well, Mohammed Talaat did a good job today. He stands a good chance of getting selected.

 

Karim Elzoghby, meanwhile, had the luckiest clear I have seen in years in the Round 1. I never expected him to repeat it, but 3 fences down were still a letdown.

Sweden wins!

 

Christian Kukuk blows it for Germany (both in the early rounds and jump-off). I had him down as one of the individual favorites for Tokyo, but after this, he will need a miracle just to get selected.
