    That’s my jogging pace for 5k, though that said I’m just as tired at that pace

    I’m watching a replay of the Women’s 20Km Speed Skating, and besides the fact that I could skate faster than all of Sri Lanka’s skates, there is a point in the race where officials had to actually ask the competitors to increase their speed in order to satisfy the definition of skating

    Damn! I had team time trials today for my high school cross country team (to decide A and B teams) and I missed the A team by 5 meters after I sprinted to make up 50 meters with 200m to go. Well, guess who’s B team captain now . I actually thought that I ran faster than I did. I thought in ran around 20mins for 5k, but I only managed around 22mins.

    The multi-sport video games section will now be changed to Totallympics TV where it will focus primarily on multi-sport games, but will now post world championships, world cups, and Olympic qualification events for all sports. More info to come soon. Also if anyone could make a logo for it, or can come up with a better name it would be much appreciated

    Well, there’s been a definite rise in nationalism no matter how you look at it. We seem to be almost on the brink of falling back to absolutism. Current world leaders, besides a small majority, seem to just want to consolidate thier power over people; that is not government.
