No where honestly. The OCA and organizing committee have blacklisted any viewers that don’t live in India, Thailand, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, or countries with access to Bein Sports from seeing the games; including people in other Asian countries. All hail Shiek Ahmad

Well, thanks to some crafty Indonesian YouTube accounts I’ve been able to watch the first half of the China v. Thailand game live. Being that it is a Women’s Basketball Match China is dominating the game, but treating their opponents with class so far.

I’ve heard/read that the issue with the current streaming is that the broadcast company of the games (IGBS) does start working until the opening ceremony. So currently Emtek is using and operating their own equipment. So maybe the offical streams will work during and after the opening ceremony.

So there is now no current streams or replays available in the US. The OCA has always been the most progressive in terms of sports, but the least progressive in equality, presentation, and basically every other field of study. I’m so disappointed by the presentation of the games. I’d actually looked forward to watching them, but I hear half of Indonesians can’t even watch them, so the odds are not in my favor. I wish Olympic Channel would’ve pursued the OCA for rights to broadcast the games internationally. Hopefully, the YouTube streams work eventually. Here ends my rant about the 2018 Asian Games, who’s next?

Availablilty of information for those not at the games or living in Asia. However, that’s more of a problem with the broadcasters. I’ve actually been impressed by most other aspects of the games, besides the need for a good results system. So congrats so far!

Here’s the TV Opening Sequence for people interested Here. I like the use of colors/theme in it. The background noise matched with the actions is nice too. This might be one of the best intro sequences I’ve seen.
