    My week is simpler: 2023 European Games (in the morning) 2023 Central American and Caribbean Games (in the afternoon and evening) and that’s it (maybe something from the 2023 African Beach Games if there’s a broadcast)

    Claudio got a tough draw. It was always going to be an uphill fight against Bylon . It was nice to see her stick it out and complete the bout. Pretty commanding victory to Bylon of course.

    It sounds like this is the broadcaster for Europe & Asia: https://gametime.sport It’s the WBSC’s OTT streaming service. You have to pay for a subscription to watch the Games, but it looks like there are a bunch of different packages with different prices. They also claim to provide coverage of all sports. I never used that platform before, so can’t really pass along any notes or opinions about it.

    It needs a refined format. There should be a shorter third set before the shootout. I wouldn’t mind a slightly larger court either.

    Yeah, lots of timing and scoring glitches today. Again, not sure that’s completely on the organizers, maybe more so Atos. It’s really a shame the event is being upended by these results gremlins though.
