But in Italy we don’t have a sliding track and it will be needed for sport development, so it makes sense to me not renouncing to it

Update. SVK will have 75 athletes, today we received another reallocation. Slavomír Michňák will compete in M Artistic Gymnastics.

The Flagbearer during the Opening Ceremony will be Juraj Tužinský 4th from Rio 2016

and one gossip "news" Zuzana Rehák-Štefečeková is pregnant this time she scheduled it better than last time when she had to miss the Rio games and her attempt for 3rd Olympic medal in a row.. now she is already qualified for Tokyo so this year and season is the best one for her 2nd child.
She said she will compete at the European Games only if her doctor allow her, and apparently everything is fine, so Zuzana will compete in Minsk, obviously this will be her last this year competition in Trap and Mixed Trap with Varga, before next Olympic year

    Congrats Zuzana
(Pictured during the SVK delegation First lunch At the Athletes village today with our second Trap athlete Jana Špotáková - in the middle, and Pistol shooter Martina Maršálková - in the right side)

True, but I feel Jamaica has done a better job at going from specialists to more general. Regardless both nations should be among the 10 largest teams.

The universal qualifier was mostly done in 3x3 to avoid continental representation. Sadly, clubs have too much power for there to be a two stage qualifier in football. Though I guess for women they could have had a tournament during the same time as the SheBelieves/Algarve/Cyprus Cups which includes the best performing nations from their respective continental championships (minus nations already qualified).

That would be easily reachable in the old days. Today we're lucky if Brazil goes beyond the first round.

Originally, it was stated that minimum qualification criteria had to be reached following the Doha WC, so starting from November. Then they changed the starting date from May 1st 2019. In addition to that, IAAF ranking will be used to reach the target number for the events

Nope, the world ranking will only be used to fill out the quotas in every discipline if not enough athletes qualify by achieving the entry standard.

You can see the quotas here:

That's what happens when you only have 10 athletes per event, but still want to guarantee continental representation. Combat sports should have a minimum of 16 athletes per event.

for some reasons I don't know I always support Italy when they don't face Iranian teams. I even have a relatively good knowledge about the Italian sport in general (obviously not as good as Italian users but still)

beside that I usually support the underdog, I also mostly support other Asian countries except just one

It looks like the ETTU have clarified the position re Singles Qualification for European Continent places for the Singles: only the three medallists (per gender) will go to Tokyo.  Therefore, if two of them are from the winning Team, then the other two places are reallocated to a separate European Qualifying Tournament in April 2020 (being held in Moscow).  They also seem to imply that this is where the remainder of the Singles Qualification places will come from, so between 3-5 places up for grabs.
