USA also declines both of their women's ski cross quotas. Women's ski cross might not even have 20 athletes at this point . They accepted the rest of their quotas now so they'll be at 32 athletes.

Yes. I believe Israel is currently the first reserve in the two-man event but Netherlands will likely reject their quota because they haven't met their own qualification standards.

It's hard to see Finland winning more than one gold medal. Niskanen and Parmakoski have the Norwegian, Russian and Swedish skiiers to compete with. Ilkka Herola will have a hard time beating the likes of Riiber and Lamparter. They could have a slight chance in freestyle skiing or the freestyle snowboarding events but they are high variance sports. In women's ice hockey, they'll have to beat both Canada and the US to win gold. The men's team should be pretty good though but ROC should still be better on paper.

Surprisingly, the Netherlands don't seem to have that many gold medal favorites this time. In my predictions, I had them only winning gold in the Men's 1000m, Women's 3000m and Women's 5000mm. In every other event, I believe there's at least one other person that's more favoured than a dutch athlete to win. I suppose they could also realistically win a gold medal in the Men's 1500m, Women's 500m and both mass start and team pursuit events.
