  1. Sheer domination by Terentev and Valnes, who were already 6 and 5 seconds faster than the rest in qualifying. Awesome silver for 17-year old Skinder and gold for Lundgren As for Brazil, Rhaick Bonfim could have gone for something promising in the junior men's sprint, but didn't close his binding well and saw his ski come off and glide down on the very first uphill Manex Silva and Lucas Lima were, let's say, ok.
  2. I believe last time there was just a vague live stream sometimes, I'm not having high hopes for this one I'd already be happy if, like last time, they use the standard sportresult multi-event results system instead of some self-designed stuff that works badly.
  3. Judging by the scores, Federer and Tsitsipas are battling it out for real aren't they?
  4. Excellent results yesterday, today it's another beautiful day. Ready to cheer for Jill Colebourn, who will write some history today as Australian in a pursuit after yet another great showing yesterday
  5. And you can bet those morons are going all-out again today.
  6. Sorry, the life of free food is busy.
  7. Beautiful day in Arber for today's sprints, it's just freakishly cold
  8. We all know Flock is the most random skeleton athlete in the world, with a dominant win being just as realistic as a 21st place on any given day
  9. Just as I thought, not available in Germany Strange, Sunday I could watch the bobsleigh on that channel and the women's skeleton (heat 1) is available too.
  10. Any chance someone could send me the link for the men's skeleton heats of today? I can't find them on IBSF's YouTube channel where they usually are.
  11. Nope, but this biatlon.nl thing is from when former World Cup athlete and current Eurosport commentator Herbert Cool hosted a trip to Biathlon auf Schalke last month

  14. Enough to get by, be it barely. There's also the IBU that helps small nations.
  15. Because they have athletes who like the sport? And yeah, there are plenty of coaches who don't give two craps about whether or not they're athletes are happy. I'm no athlete and still noticed he's just a very pleasant person to talk with
  16. Yes, he's very friendly and tries his best to make his athletes feel comfortable and happy.
  17. There is, officially, an actual Brazilian coach, but he has 37288492 other things to do and isn't here now Which is fine, because actual coach Luca Bormolini is both a good guy and a good coach.
  18. That is correct. And before Poland he was the coach of Sweden's IBU Cup team and at the same time Brazil's team
  19. Norwegian Tobias Torgersen, very friendly guy (and super smart, I have no doubt he is already picking up some Chinese vocabulary)
  20. Most notable of that is that the huge uphill at the beginning of the lap is almost entirely skipped
  21. Fast Russian shooting clean, RIP points for the rest Hopefully it'll be a little different in the women's race..
  22. So basically the opposite of what they did in Oberhof.
