  1. surprise, surprise! Kruder upset Ondra among the boys, meanwhile Janja confirmes herself on top among the girls...will someone be able to beat her at least once in the entire season in this discipline? I hope not...
  2. 2019 Sport Climbing World Cup, Stage #2 (Moscow, RUS) women's Boulder Gold: Janja Garnbret Silver: Shauna Coxsey Bronze: Fanny Gibert men's Boulder Gold: Jernej Kruder Silver: Adam Ondra Bronze: Yoshiyuki Ogata
  3. great tournament, even if technically speaking, it wasn't the best last round people expected (and unfortunately we also missed out on a thrilling finale, as Woods killed the tournament with back-to-back birdie at the 15th and 16th hole, where his main contenders did a lot of damages)... Molinari and Koepka really wasted a big, big chance with their shots in the water at the 12th hole (and Molinari also at the 15th)...but watching Tiger coming back to success in a Major is still a historical and a very emotional moment (and I'm not a big fan of him, too)...
  4. this thing is getting absolutely crazy... IOC'd better stop this farce before it goes totally out of control... the Olympic Games are NOT for kids of this age for many reasons...

  10. and finally, it really happened! Daigoro won his Bronze Medal match against the Turkish guy and the miracle was there... It might be a small thing overall, but it's a great joy for me and a great achievement for our poor wrestling team...I'm so happy...
  11. I'm still asking myself how on earth both the Italian Epee teams couldn't even make the semifinals after the dominating performance in the individual events? however, we still won the most medals overall (and we're second in the Gold Medal ranking)...so, in the end it wasn't a bad campaign, after all...the future of our Fencing is still somehow promising...

  15. no problem...we're here to help everybody to remember what's not always obvious...
  16. Crovetto already won her quota place at last year's CAT...
  17. not the debut I expected from the Italian speed specialists...
  18. 2019 Sport Climbing World Cup, Stage #2 (Moscow, RUS) women's Speed Gold: Song Yiling Silver: Anouck Jaubert Bronze: Iuliia Kaplina men's Speed Gold: Bassa Mawem Silver: Vladislav Deulin Bronze: Aspar Jaelolo
  19. or maybe the course was too difficult for the girls... which lately is quite a tendency...
  20. 2019 World Cup, Stage #3 (Al Ain, UAE) Women's Individual Skeet Gold: Kimberly Rhode Silver: Francisca Crovetto Chadid Bronze: Andri Eleftheriou Olympic Quota: Cyprus, Poland
  21. and in fact they both did qualify...it was the Chinese girl to miss the final...
  22. not necessarily... both the girl from POL and CYP are still capable of making the final (there's a shootoff yet to be contested with 6 girls and 5 places in the Final up for grabs)...
  23. women's Individual Skeet, shooters qualified to the Final Caitlin Connor* and 5 of these 6 girls, going to the shoot-off... Francisca Crovetto Chadid* Kimberly Rhode* Aleksandra Jarmolinska Zhang Donglian* Amber English* Andri Eleftheriou * = NOT eligible for an Olimpic Quota, which means that Jarmolinska and Eleftheriou are already earned their Olympic spot from Today's competition (even if 1 of the 2 should miss the Final)...
  24. another disaster for Italy, still with no quota in women's skeet (where in Rio we got Gold & Silver)... it really looks that 1 of our 2 traditional medal tanks will be more than half empty even before the Games start...
  25. well, Winnipeg could end their season very soon...maybe there's a chance Daňo will be "free" in a few days... and also Carolina is not supposed to go further than rd #1 in the NHL PO...
