If they have a certain big advantage against other competitors, they are doing harm though, don't they? I do not watch weightlifting a lot anymore since you do not know who will be doped and at least 25% of all medal winners will be. So I feel that I am deceived. It is very similar in this case, they are not biologically women, they can have much more testosterone than other athletes. So, they would have huge advantage against others. If we allow this I do not see why we do not allow men who wants to compete in women competitions? What is different between a man who identifies as a woman and a transgender in this sense?

this is your medical opinion or personal?

  2. Semenya has also biological advantage, but maybe it is her "talent" from God? She is stronger than anyone? On the other hand in my opinion it is fair, she is a women and she can start in women's competition.  It is everything according to rules. Congratulation for her fight, She is a role model for mamy trans people. This a subject for experts from sport medicin, maybe it should be point converter or something.  "haters" should stop talking about her this way, they do not know nothing about trans people.

No - I can't agree with that! Potkonen tried every dirty trick in the book.

She was lucky not to deducted multiple points.

I can not agree your boxer was chaotic and passive.  Being British meanimg in boxing you can do nothing for win. Now you are like Russia in Boxing years ago. And judges from USA gives quite good points mosty. Potkonen was active and she has a good skills.

Really, I never thought we had much influence within the sport.

And, to be honest, all I saw today was that the women were much, much better than their opponents.

The two men had very close fights that they might have won or might have lost

Uk has a privilage like Russia before. In Tokyo will be the same. Potkonen was better.

I admit to be biased - but I'm shocked to see how good the performances of the British women have been so far

UK is in the same place like Russia ten years ago. Only chance for win is knock out, in the diffrent situation judges give win for UK, because they are from UK (Poor Finland).
