  1. Two races in the last two weeks won because the leading group have gone the wrong way - one of the stages of the Volta ao Algarve & yesterday's Faun Ardeche Classic.
  2. Lordy, Slind has the worst equipment change in the history of all Olympic Sports, goes from medal contender to also ran in about 10 seconds. Then compounds the error by trying to charge back right away, instead of taking her time.
  3. Sadly, he always finishes seventh in these big races. Just one time....
  4. Huge huge crowds out on the tracks today. Plenty hot dogs if the runners get the hunger knick.
  5. Once again that precious gold medal just slips from 's grasp.
  6. Great moment in Letzbergisch sporting history as van der Weken takes the 60m& the overall!
  7. Britain will host the 2027 Grand Depart. https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/cycling/articles/cx2gyx704pvo
  8. Not quite a WL because someone in the NCAA is 4.88
  9. Now that all the international holiday races and the pre-season friendlies are over, the Proper Cycling Season starts tomorrow with the Omloop Het Nieuwsblad x 2, men first, ladies next.
  10. Diver Matty Lee, Gold in 10m Sync Platform Tokyo retires after long sequence of injuries & loss of motivation. https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/diving/articles/c0l11k4er46o
  11. Hope so. Like the early days of Women's Ski Jumping standards were very uneven for a while, but it's maturing now.
  12. Big shock there. Standards have been levelling up all season of course.
  13. Sundling certainly earned that the hard way.
  14. Scandi monopoly broken in the Men's final anyway....
  15. Diggins not on it today; in.the lucky loser slot!
  16. Well, that's good, they have every chance judging by the quality of other teams here.
  17. Full entry lists. https://www.european-athletics.com/news/final-entries-published-for-apeldoorn-2025-european-athletics-indoor-championships
  18. Vik leaves the world in no doubt of his thoughts on crossing the line 33rd.
  19. Sad news: Gene Hackman is dead. Always one of my favourites in the 70s & 80s. https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-14442071/Gene-Hackman-wife-Betsy-Arakawa-dead-Santa-Fe-home.html?ico=comment-anchor#comments
  20. @brunamoura41.85 down! From Sundling that is, so maybe 25 secs or so off top 30. Beating plenty of European countries with winter sports history. Also beating plenty of yesterday's top 20. Second though, so don't know how the sprint team gets selected.... pretty good, but not cracking the top 30.
  21. Del Rio into the Top 10! Think might break some hearts here. Diggins slipping towards the edge of the cliff.....
