I don't think he raced. The Canadian Championships are more important to those that need to get on the team... for those that are pre-qualified, if they can't work it into their training block sometimes they just skip out entirely

I have a hard time getting into the short course swimming. I'm sure it's great practice and all for those that need to work on their turns... but turns is kinda all it is.

Seems like their definition of "major multisport games" is more or less in line with mine.. but I guess if host an Olympics/Pan-Am's you also get the Para's as well, so it's basically a 2-in-1. Would make it a bit more reasonable. We overshot in the 2010's, and will miss in the 2020's
