When I first heard of life saving, I have to admit I thought the athletes had to “rescue” the manikins from the ocean or a pool (either with all the lane ropes taken out and done individually or the lane ropes in and done as a race) in the fastest time, but apparently it’s just swimming with a manikin

Saw the WG medal design for the first time earlier today on their IG page, it’s a lot with designs inside and outside of it, but it’s cool I like it First time I’ve seen a medal at a multi-sports event that opens up

Crazy coincidence because me and @Olympian1010 have also played disc sports, although ultimate for us I’ve actually really loved watching the disc golf action. A few days ago, I had yet to watch a disc golf match and had no idea how it worked. I ended up watching their first match and the quarterfinals and I absolutely loved it, hope World Games includes the individual events in future editions. -
