  3. Thanks, I must’ve missed it. Oops.
  4. 89.49m for Chopra in the men’s javelin thro in the 6th round! Another mark over 89m, but still can’t break that elusive 90m barrier. Peters continues his strong stretch of form with 90.61m in the 6th and final round to take the win (probably one of the most intriguing men’s field events at the moment IMO)
  5. 19.64 for Tebogo in the men’s 200m, and he eased up too Edit: Damn, even more impressive considering he hasn’t trained in the 8 days since winning the Olympic title
  6. Bol sure does love Lausanne 4 victories in 4 appearances here with a new MR of 52.25 in the women’s 400m hurdles.
  7. 19.54m for Sarah Mitton in women’s shot put at the Lausanne Diamond League. Mediocre mark by her standards, still decent though.
  8. Clutchtoglou does it again! Some 6th round magic with a 8.06m, avoiding his first defeat of the season!
  9. 88.49m for Peters in the men’s javelin throw!
  10. Broadbell hands Holloway his 1st defeat of the season, 13.10 to 13.14 in the men’s 110m hurdles!
  11. Jeez, this men’s long jump is bad. 3 rounds in and we still have no one over 8.00m. When you have Gayle, Pinnock, Ehammer, Furlani, and Tentoglou all competing, that’s surprising
  12. Men’s 800m pace maker le Meur was on some crack I swear, damn. Instead of getting the fuck out of the way after he ran out of gas, man decided to run an extra 50m
  13. 1:41.72 for Arop at the Lausanne Diamond League! Weird tactics from him.
  14. 1:41.11 for Wanyonyi in the men’s 800m! WL!
  15. 20.64m for Jackson in women’s shot put
  16. Don’t get me wrong, I’m happy that we’re achieving success, but how big of an indicator is it that these young stars will progress to become senior Olympic medalists and finalists?
  17. Elite 16 is back in action, as Hamburg hosts the current stop! (first match ended just now) Bit of a watered down field with the Olympics having just finished, but there’s still some quality teams.
