  1. #8 Toyota had an off and trails #51 Ferrari by over three minutes with 1,5 hours remaining...
  2. #7 Toyota out, #8 Toyota leads.
  3. Philippines are lucky Rodion Gataullin wasn't born some 20 years later but maybe he still wouldn't compete for Uzbekistan?
  4. Well, that's one way to take care of vertebrae rehab? In other news, since Muchova didn't win FO, Beatriz Haddad Maia is guaranteed to debut in Top 10 on Monday. Also Elena Rybakina moves into CH #3 so the three best players of the last few months are ranked 1-2-3 now.
  5. Well, Kevin de Bruyne picked up an injury in Champions League final again. At least it's not Haaland
  6. TVP Sport will show a lot more starting from 3x3 basketball, canoeing and beach handball on the 21/22 June but I suppose streaming could be geo-blocked for that one.
  7. Iga Świątek wins Roland Garros for the 3rd time! 6-2 5-7 6-4 as Muchova wasted her chances in the third set
  8. 15 year old Alina Korneeva has won the Girls tournament. She also won the AO Girls so becomes the first player since Magdalena Maleeva in 1990 to achieve that feat. Considering she beat Mirra Andreeva in AO final it's safe to say you will hear more about her on WTA tour soon
  9. Well, there was a time that Le Mans was held on the same day as F1 Grand Prix (usually in Canada) but the main problem is how predictable the LMP class is with Toyota. The lack of genuine competition makes it an impossible sell for the masses. Then again FIA doesn't really promote endurance racing as a whole either.
  10. And it's 3-1 Nuggets. Almost done and dusted after Miami lost two at home. Only the 2016 Cavaliers won from 1-3 in the NBA Finals
  11. Let's hope they won't throw an artificial yellow flag with 30 mins left to trigger the new safety car procedure nonsense to create more fake excitement. If Toyota doesn't break down they should win the race with ease again.
  12. @GrassmarketA globallist loser? Need some details here. I lost track of the clown show known as the UK politics The Labour still can't screw this up at the next elections?
  13. Well, Kato definitely profited from the drama while Bouzkova & SST came out with next to nothing public support for their lying about the incident
  14. Iga Świątek beats Beatriz Haddad Maia 6-2 7-6(7) in the second SF. Good effort from BHM in the second set where she even had SP in th tie-break.
  15. @heywooduYou missed the biggest drama of Roland Garros so far? Karolina Muchova beats Aryna Sabalenka in the first women's semi-final. Sabalenka led 5-2 in the decider but started making crazy UE. Meanwhile in the girls tournament we have 3 Russians and in the semi-finals. The Peruvian had to defend MP from another Russian and only won in third-set Super TB.
  16. Nuggets lead 2-1 in the NBA Finals.
  17. Jacob deGrom is set for TJ surgery but Rangers still have the second best record in AL behind the Rays.
  18. Haddad Maia is basically set to enter Top 10 for the first time unless Muchova actually wins the whole tournament
  19. Well, in Polish the sport is called "skoki do wody" which means "jumping into the water". Diving means underwater swimming i.e. scuba diving
  20. 21. The Chinese corruption scandal appears to be settled... Liang Wenbo and Li Hang banned for life in professional snooker. Yan Bingtao banned for 5 years (until 2027) and Zhao Xintong banned until Septemer 1st, 2024. https://www.bbc.com/sport/snooker/65641122 Pretty much in between the two other high-profile cases from recent memory (Quinten Hann banned for 8 years, never came back & Stephen Lee currently banned for 12 years and I doubt he comes back given his age).
  22. I suspect it means LIV golfers will be eligible for Olympics. This was the only way since majors allowed these players to compete and the Ryder Cup would be a no-win for Europe if the best Americans would be missing (I'm not sure if LIV Americans would be banned outright but I heard that wouldn't be the case?). Overall LIV totally forced the PGA changes after they lost the monopoly on the sport (European Tour was long playing second fiddle anyway). Even forcing players to attend certain tournaments at least once in a four year span is gone from next PGA season IIRC.
  23. Yeah, quite frankly I never knew when it happened without checking least of all it's national holiday in Sweden Though I remember Denmark used to be the "stronger" part of the Union at first
  24. The Szewińska Memorial has started. Still some school races before 6 pm.
  25. It's the dissolution date of the Kalmar Union? Not like Poland had much joy with Sweden in the 16th century (outside from having a Swedish dynasty as Kings ).
