Curling 2015 - 2016 Discussion Thread

Some 17 teams will compete across the men’s and women’s Pacific Curling championships with Hong Kong women’s team and Qatar’s women’s and men’s teams making their debuts. Previously, the highest number of teams to compete at the PACC was 13 in 2012 and 2015. Also, Australia women make their return having missed the 2015 event in Almaty, Kazakhstan.

 

These teams will be joined by China, defending champions Japan, Kazakhstan, Korea and New Zealand in the women’s championship and Australia, China, Hong Kong, Japan, Kazakhstan, 2015 winners Korea, New Zealand and Chinese Taipei, in the men’s event.

This is one thing about Qatari sport I can support (assuming that these are home produced athletes) :thumbup:

Maybe they will do like Beach Volleyball with 2 Qatari's and 2 Canadians :d
