dcro 10,210 Posted January 9, 2020 #55 Share Posted January 9, 2020 Melbourne International has released the entries for all classes... Except for all important 470 events. I'd like to know if American Samoa is getting their free quota(s) or what! #banbestmen
dcro 10,210 Posted January 15, 2020 #56 Share Posted January 15, 2020 (edited) Free men's quota confirmed for American Samoa (as long as they compete). It should be a nice battle in Tokyo - American Samoa vs Angola. Meanwhile, entries for the women's 470 are still not revealed. https://cdn.revolutionise.com.au/cups/sailmelbourne/files/imsnbxr8fvk9dmuo.pdf Edited January 15, 2020 by dcro #banbestmen
JoshMartini007 2,538 Posted January 17, 2020 #57 Share Posted January 17, 2020 Looking at the current entry list for the Miami World Cup which will double as the North America & Caribbean qualifier. Excluding the Laser/Laser Radial not too many eligible nations are competing in multiple events outside of . is competing in the men's RS:X while is competing in the men's Finn (he has a good chance at winning the quota). Currently are eligible in both Laser events while are eligible in the men's laser and are eligible in the women's laser radial. Additionally, is the only eligible nation to compete in the women's 470 so it may obtain a free quota. Olympian1010 and Benolympique 1
dcro 10,210 Posted January 25, 2020 #58 Share Posted January 25, 2020 Going by the current entries, looks like the Oceanian quotas in Laser will be decided between (men) and (women). #banbestmen
dcro 10,210 Posted January 25, 2020 #59 Share Posted January 25, 2020 Oh... Apparently Oceania somehow has two quotas per Laser category So, congrats on free quotas everyone. #banbestmen
