Apparently ITF did not even bother to respond to our federation question in the Lukáš Klein case seeing all the withdrawals they probably did not even started to investigate if he fullfiled the DC criterias. I believe when they found in our email the sentence kid want to play they immediately just confirmed his spot

I think ITF gave exceptions from Davis cup/BJK cup rule, probably because of covid. For example, I know Rybakina had that problem, but she is allowed to compete.
