why refugees take quota from Europe? And some are actually political asilants

I asked the question, I thought they had specific places, already that to win quotas during the European championships is a miracle! absurd

dream draw for Simone Alessio...he avoided all the most dangerous fighters on his side of the draw: Cook, Robak, Ferreira and Ordemann are all in the top half...

if he doesn't qualify under this circumstance, it really means that he doesn't deserve a place in Tokyo...

Based on this entry list let me dare a prediction:

F+67: Top seed Germany and Netherlands, and normally they should make it, outsider chances to France

F67: FRA and AZE should be top seeded, Wiet Henin is also absolute favorite here. The 2nd spot will be more open, could be between AZE, ESP, SWE, UKR and LAT, it will very much depend on the draw

F57: Top seeds Latvia and Poland. I think it will be Latvia and Bosnia who qualifies. I am surprised that Belgium did not send Asemani and Spain not Calvo. Not sure what Alizadeh (RTA) is capable of, but don't give her too much chances.

F49: Cyprus and Russia top seeds. I think it will be Russia and Germany, small chances for AZE and Dina Pouryounes (RTA)

M-58: POR and MDA top seeds if I am not mistaken. This is a really difficult one, I would say Portugal and France or Hungary. the two refugee guys I don't know them, no idea, maybe they are good.

M-68: Top seeds TUR and BUL, they are also the favorite, also chances for France and Sediqi (RTA)

M-80: Top seeds Norway and Greece, I expect MDA and ITA maybe NOR

M+87: Top seeds AZE and TUR, AZE should easily qualify, 2nd spot will be between Croatia and Turkey.

If I got the top seeds wrong all is wrong

Be careful with Adriana Cerezo (ESP) in 49 kg....a future star

    • This is going to have an effect on very likely 0 athletes, possibly 1 or 2 we don't really know about yet. It's really mostly the cheapest possible way for them to make a sort of political statement, without having any significant backlash since it won't really affect anyone at the top level of international sports.   Edit: worded a bit wrong, I was thrown off by everywhere 'trans women' being mentioned as the target of this. Of course there is also the somewhat larger category of DSD and the likes, which will certainly affect a few athletes - unfortunately they are often thrown under the bus or mentioned as 'not really women anyway' or something like that, despite, you know, being.
    • Mary Rand has died aged 86. The first British woman to win a Gold in track and field at the 1964 Tokyo Games (where she also took home a further two medals in the Women’s 4x100m relay and Pentathlon).
    • Athing Mu competed in the USA trials in 2024 and 2025 post the 2023 rule changes. She also won Gold in 2022 and Bronze in 2023.    Jelimo the jury is out. She doesn’t look male like the other two do.
    • People focus on trans people because it's easier to pinpoint the affected athletes. Meanwhile it's the athletes with (suspected) DSDs that will have tougher time to convince the authorities and the public opinion that they belong to women's sports.
    • badminton queen Carolina Marin announced that she can't take part into the home Europeans in the upcoming weeks because of her injured knee and calls it a career 😭
    • yes, there are (or there was, at least) don't forget that the women's 800m had world and olympic champions like Semenya, Jelimo and Nyonsaba...basically, it was 10 years of DSD winners only the same Athing Mu was suspected to be DSD (never confirmed, but somehow she totally disappeared after Tokyo) then, there were the 2 girls from Namibia (1 won a medal over 200m in Tokyo) in Italy we have the living scandal Valentina Petrillo (a paralympian!!!), who's actually a real man not to mention the weightlifter from who took part into the Tokyo Games so, it's a real problem all around the globe, not just a US crusade against a few woke idiots
