All athletes in Heat 3 were disqualified including Taplin

I've been told that all the 6 finalists in the 1944 American Championships 100m were disqualified for false starts.

This is the worst case since then.

Italian athletes are making PBs in this Games, so definitely we cannot say these are being bad
