I don't think so, here situation with covid is on "similar level" like in Spain. But maybe the points is that in IEC still will be way more athletes competing than on a single meeting.

Nevermind. She didn't compete there after all, at least she isn't on the list with results, but few hours ago she was there on the start list, I don't know what happened
