What now?

What I meant is that Trump never went AS FAR as Bozo in his comments. Some of Bozo's comments on record:

"The mistake of the dictatorship was to torture and not kill."

"Pinochet should have killed more people."

"I would be incapable of loving a homosexual child. I prefer that my son die in an accident"

"I won't rape you because you don't deserve it." (to a female politician)

"I don't have this risk, my children were very well educated" (about what would he do if his son dated a black woman)

"I won't fight or discriminate, but if I see two men kissing in the street, I'll knock them."

"Women should earn less because they get pregnant"

"(if) the son starts to act like that, a little bit gay, a spank changes his behavior."

"I went in a quilombo. The lightest afro-descendant there weighed seven arrobas [a measurement used to weigh cattle]. Not even for procreate he's good anymore."

Should I continue?

Brazil giving us shame once again. A country known for nude women, violence, lack of education and football would be no different. :bowdown:

And of course, my state, Espirito Santo, contributed heavily to this misfortune. The state that kills most women in the country never disappoints.  :champion:

But at least the second round is possible, so I can suffer later.

Once again I'm glad to live in the Northeast region. São Paulo and Rio elect the worst politicians possible.

I live in Santa Catarina, and this is the state in which Bolsonaro won with the largest margin among all states in the country. This is like living in hell.

Tbqh from an outsider, Brazilian politics has seemed to be a constant mess and this is just the cherry on top. How can anyone with a morale sense elect someone like that? This coming from someone who considers them self a conservative.

For some reasons:

1) He is against LGBT people, and our country is homophobic.

2) He is against abortion.

3) He is against crime, the bad guys, despite the very tough measures to counter this.

4) Most churches support him, and churches have a huge influence.

5) I think the rejection of the political party called PT also helped in that.

Unfortunately this elections unvealed the worst prejudices in brazilian society. People are now chanting in the metro things like "Hey faggots, be aware, Bolsonaro will kill you" like is the most normal thing in the world. If people wanted to elect a conservative, they had plenty of options like Alckmin or Amoedo, but they went straight to the far-right candidate, even though he's a very incompetent politician (27 years in congress and only 3 projects approved). I have no hope for this country anymore and zero patience for people who support him.

Sad day for Brazil indeed... people is so fed up with crime, corruption and bucreacrat's inneficacy in Latin America that they will turn to the extreme right or the populist left, based on promises that were fabricated by political marketing firms.

Mexico is at huge risk of causing another "Tequila effect" like it was 24 years ago and Brazil is now on the verge of being governed by a genocidal lunatic

Good bless us all :(

For the brazilians users:

1) Probably Bolsonaro wont do nothing important and he is pure "bla bla", beware with they strongers suporters, they will say and do stupiditys (specially in the first time)

2) With him, probably the brazilian society will be divided in two (like in my country now, you are oficialist or kirchnerism and there is nothing in the middle), in our country this process be call "La grieta", it doesnt start with the kirchnerism but that goverment make that divisition stronger and many familys are divided since then and many friendships finished too for that reason, i understand your angry but may be in the future, you will regret the  decision of dont have any contact with their voters and people who voted him wont suport in the future and accept their big mistake, dont lose family or friends for politics.

3) Brazil is your country and many good things your society has CANT be lost of a single presidential election.

P.D: the PT making a spot comparing Bolsonaro with Hittler.........make him a big favor, after the "knife incident", attacking him turns in a very stupidity strategy, our societys have a big "empaty" with the politician in this cases, is like "hit Bambi", you always be "the villain" if you do that.
