Disgusting progression by Jacobs, sadly this has been coming for some time looking at the overall trend of italian athletics/swimming. I guess Italy got tired of only exporting their know-how to countries like Kenya/Ethiopia/Uganada/Turkey, so now they are back to their old ways.

Is it a fact that only those two have been sub 10? Also it isn't as if dozens of asians have been sub 10 at serious competitions and China alone has 2 or 3 times as many white men as all of Europe.
