Yep, world champs have been awarded to Ashgabat, using the apparently rather good facilities of those Games

That's assuming they don't get banned before. And judging by some of their achievements, like their female lifter winning gold at Asian Indoors by improving her PB by some 25 kilos (and in -48kg category, no less), that is going to happen fairly soon.
