What happened Elisabeth Seitz? She disappeared from live scoring?

Looks like she skipped floor. And when a gymnast skips an apparatus they are removing them from all-around leaderboard.

Germany is two points ahead compared to the result at last years World Championships.

True, but Scheder and Tratz have underperformed in the first two apparatus; I know that they will close in their strongest apparatus, but I believe this team to be the best of the competition

Well hopefully. Uneven bars is always a bit tricky, of course. ;)

Three of our best gymnasts are currently injured, so if the team does a solid competition and qualifies, I'm satisfied. So far I am.

That explains it all... it seems that after vault, this team is 99.99% in Rio. Congrats :yes

Ok, we need exactly 53,1 points at UB fo finish ahead of Australia and therefore to qualify. This is an average of 13,26. Normally it shouldn't be a problem. I just hope they show a solid performance.

Can someone remind me, if Germany qualify a team, it means that only the bottom 2 unqualified nations will go home without any quota?

Yes, then there will be 30 quotas up for grabs and there are 32 nations if I counted correctly.

    • poir Madsen had a very unlucky debut at the CWC he seriously injured himself (dislocated shoulder and possible concussion) in an attempt to save a boundary in the very early stages of Today' match vs Scotland   moreover, Italy lost badly against the Scots, allowing them to score 207 runs in the 1st innings (it took 14 overs to get the 1st wicket) and going well short chasing that score (we immediately saw that today wasn't the day when our lead batsman went out at the very 1st ball thanks to an amazing but improbable catch by a Scottish fielder)   in all this, a couple of highlights to be recorded: Hasan Ali with a very efficient bowling performance (5.25 economy, 1 wicket) and Harry Manenti with good 52 runs in just over 30 balls with the bat
    • The Italian team has already achieved a better result than the Chinese team in 2022 at home. The Italian team has made enormous progress since 2023, when we were still losing to Korea and Poland. Of course, this is mainly due to naturalizations, but China did the same. It's one of the few sports that have made significant progress before these Olympics and this is how it should be in most disciplines at home games.
