Federer91 2,793 Posted July 27, 2021 #142 Share Posted July 27, 2021 Walkden lost in the last second with a head kick That final minute was pure excitement.
Orangehair43 251 Posted July 27, 2021 #143 Share Posted July 27, 2021 Disappointment for GB to not win a gold at these games. Be interesting to see if funding levels survive two silvers and maybe one bronze. The sport has become more popular in the UK through - I don’t remember this hype even back when Jade Jones won in 2012 and 2016. British sporting history is often defined by cruel and agonising last minute defeats which is sport perfectly fits.
Monzanator 4,499 Posted July 27, 2021 #144 Share Posted July 27, 2021 Mandic in the final so Kowalczuk will be in repechages!
rybak 3,217 Posted July 27, 2021 #145 Share Posted July 27, 2021 Mandić qualified to final. This mean that Kowalczuk still have medal chance, her first opponent will be girl from Kenya. Also Pita is in repachages

Every nation could say this tbh Let's hope funding will be stable, because GB is for me the all-around best European nation in TKD. And beside boxing it's the only other combat sport, where GB has any presence.
