Only a year or three too late to profit off of the 'easy' (relatively, of course) medals :d

FIS has posted their quota simulation lists.

FIS | Olympic Winter Games 2026

How does that list work? For example Brazil is only listed as having 1 female cross-country quota, which is incorrect, while Portugal, Lebanon and Haiti are on the list as well, which is just not going to happen..

Edit: the other one shows two for Brazil.

And looking at the eligibility, as of right now @brunamoura is the only Brazilian eligible for both the sprint and distance events, huh. I was convinced that the already qualified Eduarda Ribera was as well.

Such a cute venue. Really glad they found a use for it at these games.

it's the main ice stadium built for the 1956 Olympics

it used to be an outdoor venues until the late Eighties, then it underwent the first big renewal, part of which was a coverage to keep up with the rules and needs of modern ice hockey

now it hosts the local hockey team (still one of the most successful in what remains of the Italian Hockey League) and a lot of curling events (national and international)
