sorry, I thought it was obvious xD yes, ALL points obtained will be carried in the second phase, including those gained with the team who classified last in the first pool

according to them, they are not changing them, they are just clarifying them  idiots.

but and last time they made joke of qualifications........in world tournament should have played teams from 3-5th place in EC but all at once they decided to invite more teams

But it's true . Just read their regulations (picture and pdf file attached)

"Second Round:.....The results of all games played in the first round are valid for this round "
