Unexpected victory, good job guys..

no, c'mon! wins against POL and GBR should be a must...maybe even against this SLO and this HUN...

the only match I'd call "unexpected" if we get it, it's the one against KAZ...

however, we have, like always, an awful power play special team...and scoring is always a problem, too...we really lack 1 or 2 snipers as hell...

meanwhile we have good goaltending and decent defence (even if I want to see them when they're really under pressure, before confirming this impression)...

Did you see the Kaz-Hun match? That was not as simple as it seems!

    • If Colturi were to return to Italy, we will have another super duo after Goggia and Brignone. If Colturi has to return, it would be right now, when alpine skiing is so popular here. There are still girls like Pirovano, who are quite young and are already started winning. Alpine skiing in Italy is similar to ski jumping in Poland: there are speak about no young talents, but there is always someone new – it is a matter of the popularity of these sports in these countries and the large amounts of money invested in them.

    • Holdener beat Aicher for 2nd place by 0.04 so Aicher has to win the last GS to have any chance for the overall (trails Shiffrin by 85 pts).
    • Shiffrin wins by 1.32 secs! Business as usual
    • Anna Trocker takes the lead despite a big mistake. Maybe there is some future for  alping skiing
    • Lucas seems to be on another level in Giant Slalom right now.
    • Pinheiro Braathen wins the last GS and the small globe! Odermatt DNF in the first run and he's really tailed off in the last races.
