That's because she won gold in 2010, 2014 and now, in convincing fashion. Just like any winner is suspected by at least some people, especially on social media, no matter if it's an Algerian athlete, a Dutch speed skater, a Norwegian cross-country skier (there's a rumour about 6000 (!) asthma doses going on there) or a Slovak biathlete.
