I mean, it's already been announced that Italy wouldn't qualify. The host of the men's last chance qualifier never qualifies in Water Polo. Some sort of unwritten rule :p

Why do you use 3 points for a win, while Wikipedia uses 2 points for a win? :p 

 

FINA also uses 2 by the way :)
