Surely the Russians are not in the same lap. Not sure about these other two giving up either. Mexico disappeared for example, and they are now back.

But Mexico was still in the live results, those two others had DNF for a while already  

 

Russia has 0 points, whereas being lapped should result in -20 like some other teams

Well, I somehow doubt that live results can be correct for this.

At least we know the winner.
