Here the events scheduled for Minsk 2019, no comment about it

It is claimed on O'Callaghan's slideshow that Minsk 2019 will include only the "best of the best" senior athletes.

The Hunt-Pursuit relay sound like some equestrian event. 3 very specific field events, for whatever reason. And a knock-out format.

It's the DNA  

DNA will be a national team-based competition combining male and female athletes, it will be a mix of traditional and new formats, focusing on the the top disciplines.

Described as short and compact, DNA will see only one event happening at a time with everything counting and it is also considered to be easy to understand and unpredictable until the very end.

I wonder if the athletes competing in run-jump-throw will have to run 100/200m, then immediately perform a long jump and after that throw a javelin. Of course, they will have to carry javelin during running and jumping parts.

It's a mulievent like Decathlon, but it think thay they won't call it triathlon, you know.. marketing
