Yes indeed. The melody dates back centuries. People are in their tacky celebration outfits they would usually wear on weddings and year gatherings. You can't get more Bulgarian than that

Well I wouldn't say tacky... rather, people don't dress like that everyday.

 

But is good to learn about other cultures every day
