Meanwhile using the break to say I am mostly absent here this time, unlike usually, but for good reason: besides being busy with Bruna's races and so on, it seems like - and that still is a big 'seems like', it is not yet official - her opponent in the fight for the :BRA Olympic cross-country skiing ticket has thrown in the towel, won't race tomorrow (the last day of qualifying) and with that.....it would be our very own (and my very own :cool: ) Bruna who qualifies for the Olympics :yikes:

As most here probably know, she qualified for Beijing, but had a bad car accident on the way in which the driver died and she had to be airlifted to the hospital. An accident that happened not 100km from where the Olympics will be next month...

Again, nothing official yet and out of caution I haven't really shared much about it in the past months here, but I did want to take the moment to mention this carefully good news on a day that is always already so positive - TISC Grand Final Day

Best wishes for Bruna! You've both been through a lot and would be so deserving if she can make it to the Olympics this time! Sounds positive but keeping fingers crossed for you

i was only able to check the contest now, but looks like it’s going well :POR

also one fun fact, I’ve been listening all this days to the :ARG song and Miranda! is now the official soundtrack of my trip! Love the Me Gusta song but also the Tu Misterioso Alguien, it’s so good!!

Totallympics Annual International Song Contest 2025

Welcome back to the final session of the Totallympics Annual International Song Contest 2025. Over the course of the next hour and a half we will crown the winner of this year's TISC Annual.

Right now, Ireland are in pole position to claim a sixth TISC title. They are holding a 28 point lead over 2nd placed France with 3rd placed Italy a further 6 points behind.

Ireland still have to vote and there is a maximum of 96 points on offer so theoretically, 26 nations still have a shot at winning from here.

The battle for the podium is also fascinating as 4th-placed Argentina sit just 6 points behind Italy, with Romania, Albania, Spain and Germany tightly bunched behind.

Or will another nation come from the depths to climb the heights of the podium?

Let's see how it all develops! Kicking off the voting in session 4 will be Turkey. Good evening Turkey, can we please have the results of the votes of the Turkish national jury?
