Men's snowboard in the alpine version: there is a wide team and many competitors can stand on the podium. The problem it`s a only 1 competition at the games.

Yes , they should add parallel slalom

 

Poland is suprisingly good at parallel GS

 

one of our few Tiny medal chances in 2026

In Sochi 2014 there was slalom and giant slalom. Recently there was talk of a chance to add mixed team giant slalom to the program but so far there's been no news.

I would prefer additional slaloms. I am not a huge fan of these mixed team events.

Unfortunately nothing will come of the Italian cross country in Cortina. There has been no progress since last season and it's even worse. Places outside the top 30 without the Russians (5-6 places down) are a disaster. All the more so considering the investment in equipment and the coaching staff in the last 2-3 years. It's hard for me to even comment on this rationally.
