This is probably worst final ever.

I swear that beam was not ok, it's not normal that all of them had troubles in exactly the same spot...

Of everything we saw, D'Amato was definitely the best though, so, glad she got the gold :d

Congratulations to D'Amato, a deserved winner. But there is a something VERY suspicious here. Donatella, FIG's technical director, is Italian, I suspect she tampered with the results to have two Italians on the podium.

Not enough difficulty. Makes sense, D'Amato's performance definitely looked more...complex.

But only 8,233 in execution? I still don't understand how this wasn't enough for a 14.

This number of falls is just unbelievable.

Early start time could also explain this.

But we never had so low scores of medalists.

With gymnastics it is very hard for the normal viewer to spot some mistakes and deductions in a routine. Our commentator said there were a few parts of Andrade's routine which she would be lucky to score on, so I guess the judges spotted them too.

Was that Eurosport? The BBC team were convinced she was winning gold.

I watched every olympics final from 2000 until today. Thats 24 years of experience. You are right, regular viewer cant see all mistakes but more experienced once can see a lot. And Andrade wasnt worse than Manila Esposito.
