I've heard 15 horses were replaced in the end (including one for the best Polish dressage rider).

 

Also Katarzyna Milczarek becomes the oldest ever athlete at Olympic Games (58 years old). Previous oldest was a 57 year old shooter in Helsinki 1952. Milczarek was 9th on the oldest list so far since she last competed in London 2012.
