I don't know where to ask this, but is there a list for all the Olympic Champions that won't be returning to defend their titles?

For various reasons of course. Could be retirement, injury. 

 

For Serbia, most of our medalists from Tokyo won't be coming back. 

Including Gold medalists:  

 

Milica Mandić Taekwondo (Retired)

Jovana Preković Karate (Obvious Reasons )

Most of the Men's Waterpolo Team (Retired after games)
