Goal for Sara McManus!  leads  1-0 after three minutes of play, in a must win match for their (somewhat slim) Olympic hopes.

Don’t have high expectations for them, but really hoping they can qualify for the first time since Barcelona 1992. Heart breaking way for them to miss out last time, they played at the FIH Olympic Qualifiers for Tokyo 2020 in a two-legged playoff against Ireland, finishing 0-0 on aggregate after two games, which meant it went to a shootout. Canada led 3-1 in the shootout, but eventually lost 3-4.
