Russia/Putin is being a megalomaniac asshole, as per usual, so let's blame Biden  

 

This is not Trump's fault, not Biden's fault, not 'the big bad West''s fault, not China's fault, not Big Pharma's fault or Facebook's fault. It's the fault of Putin and his cronies, and people just try to needlessly take blame away from Putin/Russian government if they try to blame anyone else.
