A week until Junior Worlds. It's been four years since the last time it was held with all the major countries present.

Edit: Just remembered there'll be no Russia again and wouldn't be surprised if China sends a weak team or no team at all with the Asian Games coming up.

Nah, not all the major countries will be present. A lot of European nations are skipping this event.

No Hungary, no Great Britain, no France or Netherlands. Germany with two athletes, no Sweden, no Norway.

We have the best entry time in W 800, 1500 and 4th best in 400? I'm hopeful now.

And #2 in men's 100 BK. Last year Hein didn't have a great tournament, though. She has competed a lot too this year and she'll have also junior south american and Pan Ams, so let's hope she is at her best here.

very, very good race by Ragaini, improving himself of almost 2 secs from the recent Junior Europeans

even Bertoni looks back in the same shape of last year (almost)

now we just have to get Galossi back and we have 3 very good freestylers born in 2006 that could ensure our future in a good range of races (200m to 1500m)

bit disappointed with the men's 4*100m free relay...they were close to bronze and all the guys could have been a bit faster, looking at their PBs

surprised to see a guy like Flyn Southam in the Aussie relay, since he's already attending the senior worlds ealier this Summer

Normally Southam wouldn't be eligible but they changed the selection criteria this year so that juniors can get plenty of experience leading into Paris. That said his leg was pretty mediocre tbh. I hope it was just one bad swim and he's not off form.
