That’s a great question. Though, I’d say regardless of the answer, Kenya still needs to face sanctions because the number of positive tests amongst their athletes suggests they have a major problem.

That hasn't happened in Kenya. At least not yet.

Turning their eyes away is just the same as sponsoring.

it's because their "gurus" dr. Canova and dr. Rosa now have gone mainly to Uganda (no surprise they're the rising powerhouse)...:whistle:

 

now the Kenians don't have their "political safety net" in place anymore and get caught like apples from the tree...:bones:

One of the Italian juniors fencing team, Alessia Di Carlo (bronze at the Juniores ECh) was found positive in an anti-doping test held during the national team meeting

The biggest surprise there is that she apparently was not suspended yet..
