Gold for  Paulino in the women's 400m (48.76), silver for  Kazmarek (49.57), and bronze for  Williams (49.60) 

 

 Adeleke 4th in 50.13.

I wanted Natalia to win, but damn Paulino crushed the last 130 metres. Silver is still great

Such a crazy depth on the 400m. It's quickly becoming my favorite distance. Would love to one day see a final with Paulino, Kaczmarek, Williams, McLaughlin, Miller-Uibo, Wilson and Bol.

Yeah, Paulino was out of reach but Kaczmarek did her best there and managed to have enough stamina for the home straight.

 

That should be our last medal at these World Champs.

Obviously no jump-off in PV so two golds for Kennedy & Moon.
