This is exactly what is in the mind of every Irish fan :d. It only hurts a little now, promise :d

I know the feeling, hence I posted it. :dSimilar thing happened to us on Euro 2004, match Croatia-France 2:2, Trezeguet scored a goal with his arm.

I guess because they are so good at handball that sometimes they forget a little and we must forgive them this :d

This is also the reason I'm guessing most of Europe is very firmly behind Ireland in that match :d

If you'd like to help our fellow Totallympics member Bruna Moura get to the 2026 Winter Olympics, after her car crash on the way to the 2022 Olympics, every tiny bit of help would be greatly appreciated! Full story and how to help can be found here!

Hopefully our boys will channel all that support :) The atmosphere should be electric in Lyon on Sunday... the home fans will no doubt be in great form and I know Irish fans will be in top form and will sing their hearts out because we are just proud to be there. I can't wait :)

Uff!! I'm glad Portugal (or Ronaldo) made it to the Last 16!

I spent those last weeks in the US and because it was very difficult to catch a game live on tv, and with all this horrible Portuguese results, I was afraid that I wouldn't be able to see my country in this Euro!!!

Its a bit of shame for me to end the group phase with no wins, but well, the important this is that we passed!

Now let's hope they can be much (much much) better with Croatia!! :POR

The host nation has been allocated a massive 51500 of the 55000 tickets available for the France-Ireland game. Looks like those 3500 Irish fans will have to sing louder than usual.

I know France are the host nation but I think that's far too disproportionate.

    • it looks that earlier Today the  crew of Ineos Britannia made the decisive break and now they're just 1 win away from the Louis Vuitton Cup and the chance to face Team Emirates New Zealand for the America's Cup   in Today's 2 races, for the first time there was no share of victories between the  and  crews, instead the  guys were simply better than the Italians, who made a capital mistake in the choice of the jib in the 1st race and just lost the start battle (and therefore the race) in the 2nd head-to-head   now Ineos Britannia leads the best-of-13 series by a score of 6-4

    • preliminary entry list for the World Championships (non-Olympic weights) 2024   https://uww.org/article/world-championships-non-olympic-weights-2024-entries   Abdulrashid Sadulaev won the Russian trials yesterday (he didn't look good though) and therefore his name is here, as well as another Olympic Champion Zaur Uguev. with David Taylor, Jordan Burroughs and Reza Geraei we have at least 5 Olympic Champions in the list    also interesting to see lots of guys (Berdimuratov, Ganbaatar, Tsakulov, Kaipanov etc) cut weight massively from their usual Olympic weight to wrestle here.  which shows the importance of a World Championship title    ps: 2024 Olympians are not allowed to wrestle here.
    • I genuinely wonder if ski mountaineering is honestly more popular in terms of audience. Cyclocross quite certainly isn't   Although I believe the season is about to start, so Belgian TV will be busy making it look big again
    • Nordic Combined isnt a big loss. A widely umpopular sport consisting of mixing more popular sports that doesnt really hook anyone.   I rather had his quotas go to SkiMo or Cyclocross, to be completely honest
    • Is it confirmed or are FIS and other stakeholders just in talks???
    • Yet I'm still looking forward to it, it's been way too long as always
