Czech Republic and Bulgaria are almost sure to miss the event. Their users haven't been online for a day .Even if they see no idea how many days they need to listen to all songs. Even Greek user not online from 14 hours. 

So if Egypt and Netherlands vote it will be 36 members.

I have written PMs to the members of the two juries. I have contacted one of them over e-mail and Sindo has contacted the other over facebook. Hopefully they will see it eventually.

Meaning the host will vote just about when the rest of us are supposed to

Interesting. Going by the rules, it is possible even for the host nation to get disqualified.

3. (e) Any Nation which fails to participate in the voting process will be automatically disqualified from the contest.

 

 

So next year we could indeed have history written, if (when) @heywoodu fails to send votes before everyone else.
