Quickly looking at the Asian Championships and the Asian record is 252.8 yet the above world record is also shown. Both were set at World Cup events (though the Asian one was done in 2019).

You can achieve Junior World Records in only junior events and World Records only in Senior events. That has been the case with ISSF for quite some time. Not sure about continental records. 
 

And Egyptian has definitely broken the WR. :bowdown:

:MTN Levdhil scored 342.7 points for 15th place. In the second series he had 2.78 points average (out of 10.9).

 

:GHA Chodo got MQS in women's 10 m air rifle, but :SUD Mohamed just missed out. :(

I don’t believe that :GHA is eligible for universality right? Sudan would’ve been, too bad for her.

      Yea she did not meet the minimum points. Since the event doesn't have enough qualifiers, its possible the FIS still grants her a quota
