What a beauty of a final and what a fantastic champion, absolutely deserved it and it could barely go to any nicer guy in the world of darts :cheer:

It's funny, I know a guy from England who is an amateur player himself and he thinks Smith is another idiot (not on Price's level but still). He is a Peter Wright fan so what do I know about crazy characters in darts

Yeah, he must have some personal grudge or whatever. Basically everyone in darts always talks about Smith like one of the nicest players around, he never really says anything bad about anyone, even after winning his very first world title he started rushing off to family, but quickly turned around to first shake his opponent's hand, and then went to his family. Barely ever any weird antics or unsportsmanlike stuff, almost always gracious in defeat as well.

No, people who say Smith is another idiot just can't be taken serious...

I remember during the Olympic baseball & softball the English language commentators always stopped talking during the innings break. The Italians didn’t pause for breath.

Entertaining Bahrain Darts Masters the past two days, with two impressive showings by the Asians: Alain Abiabi and Man Lok Leung were excellent. Abiabi isn't exactly the youngest, Leung is taking it serious and has been playing some UK tournaments as well, he's a name for the next few years. Looks good as well in terms of style, whereas Abiabi throws....odd. Really, really odd. Search for it.

World Cup starts today, with a new format :cheer:

The 1st match will be Italy va Switzerland, and of course the Italians will badly lose :p

I'm not sure you know, Turetta is in the best form of his life and doubles can be very unpredictable. But it'll all depend on Bellmont as Walpen is still quite inexperienced. Also that mustache on Dante is incredible.
