Great, I will try to visit Planica next Sunday, when there is most busy schedule with mixed team SJ, mixed NC and ofcourse CC Team Sprint.

Would anyone here be interested on watching the 5km and Sprint races (perhaps also the Team Sprint)? Someone who lives here in Slovenia, for example?

I will get two tickets for free (still need to confirm if two per event which I will start or two in total for these events) and I would be glad to give it away :)

If I start in the Team Sprint, I may also get 1 or 2 free tickets, so I can give you one for this event. Sadly we get tickets only for the days we are going to compete. But about competing in the Team Sprint, I will decide latest after tomorrow :)

Medal history: 2 silver, 3 bronze / Total: 5 medals

Sapporo 2007: 2. Petra Majdič - Sprint C

Oslo 2011: 3. Petra Majdič - Sprint F

Seefeld 2019: 2. Katja Višnar / Anamarija Lampič - Team Sprint

Oberstdorf 2021: 3. Anamarija Lampič - Sprint C

                                     3. Eva Urevc / Anamarija Lampič - Team Sprint

After Lampič decided to compete in biathlon, CC skiing team has much less potential for great success in front of home crowd. But let us not forget Eva Urevc this year achieved real progress in distance with some top 10 results, also Anja Mandeljc.

Urevc is still really capable to attack final in Sprint, where everything is possible. Sprints are most powerful factor also in men's site, but to be honest every top 10 result from any CC skier from Slovenia would be huge deal. Too bad Planica could not host WCH few years back, when the likes of Majdič, Fabjan, Višnar and Lampič could bring home much better results.

    • Totallympics Annual International Song Contest 2025      Thank you Slovenia! Argentina get their second 12 points of this year's contest to keep their hopes of a podium finish very much alive.   Big points also for Italy who become the 3rd nation to breach the 100-point barrier and they close the gap to France in 2nd.   That concludes the third session of this year's TISC Annual. Ireland maintain the lead as they have from the very start of the contest. Their lead now stands at 28 points which is sizeable though not insurmountable with 8 juries still to vote, including Ireland.   We will take a 1 hour 30 minute break now and will resume the fourth and final session at 19:00 GMT.      Juries Voted: 26/34    1  Ireland 2 136  18  Guatemala   53  2  France 4 108  19  Netherlands   51  3  Italy 11 102  20  Tunisia   50  4  Argentina 12 96  21  Denmark   49  5  Romania   85  22  Poland   48  6  Albania 9 85  23  Sweden 1 46  7  Spain   84  24  Lithuania 3 45  8  Germany 7 84  25  Malta 5 43  9  Canada   74  26  Turkey 10 43  10  Mexico   73  27  Greece   37  11  Serbia   66  28  Slovenia   36  12  Kazakhstan 8 65  29  China   34  13  Portugal   65  30  Bulgaria   32  14  Great Britain 6 63  31  Indonesia   30  15  United States   62  32  Slovakia   28  16  Ukraine   57  33  Brazil   28  17  Israel   55  34  India   15
