I'm not sure we'll pay them much attention tho. The ODECABE Games are the same year, they are considered to be a little more prestigious (because of Cuba) and we're hosting this year

Here they say that European championship in Belgrade this year will be qualification event for European Games 2019 and also said that European Games will be qualification event for Olympics 2020.

I guess May will be the starting month, then? (except for qualification for qualifying tournaments)

 

Meaning a couple of "Olympics free" months :p

Until IOC decides to officially publish criteria, you can start saving this date: 11 May is set as the beginning date for triathlon qualification and on next day the World Series in Yokohama will be the first event for the ranking :)

Yeah. I had seen that triathlon (and judo) were starting in May. :)
