when will the tokyo site be open, or will there be all the countries with the number of athletes in particular?

first 4  athletes moving today to Tokyo. Our full Canoe Slalom team Athletes + team staff is flying today. Good Luck and enjoy the Olympics guys !

I read Now that there is finally going to be olympics without any spectators :-( it is sad :-(

I've only seen that they're asking people to stay away from the marathon and race walk an that the Opening will be more or less for the VIP's.

No, Our NOC & faderation booked this hotel some 9-10 minutes by subway to the Kasai Canoe Slalom center, They will enter the village after the Olympic Village official opening

Our official Czech News informed that it according to Japan News, whole olympics will probably be without spectators. It will be decided on Thursday.
